Blue Licks Battle Field State Resort Park - Kentucky Life

Every August, the Blue Licks Battlefield State Resort Park – the location of our show this week – marks the anniversary of an important conflict that took place here. The Battle of Blue Licks is re-created right on these grounds where the actual fight took place. The re-enactors here take their roles very seriously, and recently gave me a chance to go into battle beside them. So join me as I throw on some pantaloons and a three-cornered hat and grab a musket to commemorate what’s considered the final battle of the Revolutionary War.
